Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

To be eligible for exchange or return, your product must meet the following criteria:

Be an authentic our brand product

Purchased within the last 30 days​​

Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges: Products purchased on or after 10/15 are eligible for returns and exchanges until 1/31

Be in a new and unused condition

Be sent back as a complete pair

If your product does not meet all of the above criteria, it may still be eligible for a return under our warranty policy. Please refer to our warranty policy.

Returning or Exchanging Products Purchased from our official website

Items purchased directly through our website are eligible for free returns and exchanges* if eligible based on the above criteria.

Please be sure to print and include your return form in the package with products. Place the return shipping label on the outside of the return box. You will be able to track your return once it has been scanned in digital system. Please allow up to 3 business days for the package to track.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available at the time of return processing, a credit* will be issued.

*Credits provided will go back to the original form of payment for any online purchase. A site credit will be provided to you via email for use on our site for any items not purchased directly from our official website.

Orders placed on our website using After pay as a form of payment can only be exchanged for the same model and color.

Returning an Item Not Purchased from our official online store

We do accept returns from authorized retailers to potentially receive a site credit for the value of the item. You can use the credit to replace the item at your convenience with a style of your choice available from our official site.

We cannot issue any refunds on products not originally purchased through our company. We sell our products at the suggested retail price and this is the amount of credit you will be issued. We are not responsible for additional markups incurred through the original purchase location.

*If you did not purchase your item on online store, you will be required to cover all return shipping costs to our warehouse. These costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package using a trackable shipping method. Please keep your tracking information until the return process is complete. We will require this information if you need to contact us regarding your return.

Once you have completed the form, you can print the return form and label directly on the confirmation page or through the link in the email confirmation we will send. Once your return or exchange has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your credit or exchange item's status.

 

Processing Time frames: Most returns and exchanges process shortly after carrier scan, but certain items will need to be verified and processed by our warehouse team. Please allow up to 15 days after receipt at our warehouse for your return/exchange to process. Processing time frames may vary based on volume.

 

Do I Need to Include a Copy Of the Original Purchase Receipt to Complete My Return?

At the current time, we do not require a receipt to process your return. We do however request that you complete the return form online, print it, and include it inside the package with your return to help us better assist you.
